2016 HARLEM NIGHTS FORMAL PARTY

  • Hello friends,

It's time for yet another installment to our annual formal list. For those who have attended any our prior events we want to say thank you and for those who haven't, welcome. To help make the process a little more efficient and more organized we will be making just a few changes to the process. One change is we will be using this website in order to keep everyone informed on any status changes or important information.  Also this year I will be posting the names for people on the guest lists. As guests are added the list will be updated and you can check to make sure your name is accounted for. Last change. We will have to do slot invitations as the last few years we have had an increase in guests to the extent of almost exceeding venue fire code. As of now we have available space for 170 guests.  Remember, even though you RSVP that does not guarantee you admittance. Only once we have received the required funds will your name be posted on the guest list, so don't wait until the last minute. Lastly, this is a private event meaning invitation only. For those who do not receive an invitation, feel free to contact me or one of the other hosts to request an invitation as long as you meet the necessary requirements.

This year's event will have a Roaring20's theme with fashion and decoration inspired during the Harlem Renaissance era. Be prepared to enjoy good food, good association and good music. Sisters pull out that jazzy dress you've had sitting in  your closet waiting to use and brothers get out that classy three piece tux and striped fedora. $25 PER PERSON

NO MONEY WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THE DOOR

(ANY AND ALL FUNDS RECIEVED FOR THIS EVENT WILL BE USED SOLELY TO BENEFIT THIS EVENT, FOOD, DRINKS, DECORATIONS, VENUE RENTAL, ETC... NO ONE IS MAKING ANY PROFIT! NO ALCHOHOL IS PERMITTED IN THE BUILDING. ANY PERSON THAT IS INTOXICATED OR SEEN WITH ALCHOHOL WILL BE DENIED ADMITTANCE OR REMOVED FROM THE EVENT.)
